Small vacherins with strawberry

  • 6 Malo yoghurts
  • 6 little meringues
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 20 cl of very cold liquid cream
  • 50 g of sugar


1) Empty the yogurts in a bowl. Break the meringues into small pieces, wash the strawberries and cut them into cubes.

2) Whip the cream until thick and gradually add the sugar. Stir in yoghurt meringues with half the pieces of strawberries. Pour the mixture into the yogurt jars.

3) Place whipped cream on top and decorate with the rest of the strawberries. Enjoy it immediately.
