Malo muffins with hazelnut

Ingredients

For 8 muffins:

  • 1 Malo yoghurt
  • 15 whole hazelnuts
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g caster sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 100 g cocoa-hazelnut spread
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation

1) Mix the ingredients; Malo yogurt, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar then add the beaten egg, oil and spread.

2) Pour half the mixture into each muffin tin and add two or three hazelnuts.

3) Bake in a hot oven th.6 (180 ° C) for 15 minutes.
