Ingredients

  • 1 pot of Malo natural yoghurt
  • 1 pot of sugar 
  • 1 pot of oil
  • 3 pots of flour
  • 1sachet og baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pot of sliced ​​pineapple

Preparation

1) Pour the contents of the Malo yogurt into a bowl. And use the empty pot as a measure.

2) Add yoghurt a pot of sugar, a pot of oil, 3 pots of flour, mix everything before adding the 3 whole eggs and the baking powder.

3) Add pineapple slices cut into small pieces into the dough.

4) Pour into a mold and bake for 40 minutes.
