1) Start by peeling, washing and cutting the vegetables into sticks.
2) For the sauce, mix in a small bowl 1 jar of natural fresh cheese Malo with 1 tablespoon of crème fraiche.
3) Finely chisel 1 shallot, for my part I cut it in 2 in the direction of the length and then I cut it as finely as possible in the direction of the width.
4) Stir in the shallot, add the finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste and it’s ready!
All you have to do is present the vegetables in small dishes and serve the sauce next to decorating with some fresh herbs!
